Daughtry Feels Like The First Time CNN League Of First Time Voters - Rock band Daughtry has re-recorded Foreigner’s 1977 “Feels Like the First Time” as the theme song for CNN’s League of First Time Voters initiative.Lead singer Chris Daughtry said:
“We strongly believe it doesn’t matter who you vote for, as long as you vote.”
Foreigner’s Mick Jones added:
“Daughtry’s version of the song is very cool and has more than captured the essence of the original.” I am delighted that the song will be used in this critical initiative.”
Daughtry’s cover of “Feels Like The First Time” will appear on the band’s deluxe version of its debut album, Daughtry Deluxe, available September 9th.You can watch the video after the jump.
